Throughout her 25 years of dedication to the agri-food industry, Catherine has immersed herself in both equipment and ingredient markets, working with SMEs and international groups. Leading an R&D team for many years, she has acquired a diversified vision of the constraints of the sector. Her professionalism and availability enabled her to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and suppliers, both French and foreign.
